Masterplan, with a flash upgrade to version 8.3, already supports' this new format. I found some bugs (for example, the powers Bloodied Breath of all the dragons are now standard actions rather than 'stay Triggered Actions), probably due to misalignment with the Compendium. Anyway nothing to say, these guys are exceptional.
